AACL team is looking for a creative marketing specialist. The best candidate will bring minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, and must have a university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism.

The main duties of the Marketing Specialist role include but not limited to:

– Assessing characteristics of products/services to be promoted and advising on the advertising needs of the company;

– Developing and implementing advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media;

– Gathering, researching and preparing communications material for internal and external audiences;

– Developing, implementing and evaluating communications strategies;

– Conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers;

– Preparing/overseeing preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, Web site and press releases.

AACL team is looking for an experienced software developer. The best candidate will bring minimum 1-2 years of experience in programming, and must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component or completion of a college program in computer science.

The main duties of the Software Developer role include but not limited to:

– Writing, modifying, integrating and testing software code;

– Maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required;

– Identifying and communicating technical problems, processes and solutions;

– Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software;

– Assisting in the development of logical and physical specifications;

– May lead and co-ordinate teams of computer programmers;

– May research and evaluate a variety of software products.
