Marketing Specialist

AACL team is looking for a creative marketing specialist. The best candidate will bring minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, and must have a university degree or college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, or journalism.

The main duties of the Marketing Specialist role include but not limited to:
  • Assessing characteristics of products/services to be promoted and advising on the advertising needs of the company;
  • Developing and implementing advertising campaigns appropriate for print or electronic media;
  • Gathering, researching and preparing communications material for internal and external audiences;
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating communications strategies;
  • Conducting public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key customers;
  • Preparing/overseeing preparation of reports, briefs, presentations, Web site and press releases.

Software Developer

AACL team is looking for an experienced software developer. The best candidate will bring minimum 1-2 years of experience in programming, and must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or in another discipline with a significant programming component or completion of a college program in computer science.

The main duties of the Software Developer role include but not limited to:
  • Writing, modifying, integrating and testing software code;
  • Maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required;
  • Identifying and communicating technical problems, processes and solutions;
  • Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software;
  • Assisting in the development of logical and physical specifications;
  • May lead and co-ordinate teams of computer programmers;
  • May research and evaluate a variety of software products.

Database Analyst

AACL team is looking for a skilled Database Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or completion of a college program in computer science, along with relevant programming experience.

The main duties of the Database Analyst role include but are not limited to:
  • Collecting and documenting user requirements;
  • Designing and developing database architecture for information systems projects;
  • Designing, constructing, modifying, integrating, implementing, and testing data models and database management systems;
  • Conducting research and providing advice on the selection and implementation of database management tools;
  • Operating database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining activities.

Client Support Representative

AACL team is looking for a Client Support Representative. The ideal candidate will have completed a college program in computer science, computer programming, or network administration.

The main duties of the Client Support Representative role include but are not limited to:
  • Communicating with users to identify and document technical issues;
  • Consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research solutions;
  • Reproducing and troubleshooting technical problems;
  • Providing advice and training to users;
  • Delivering support for business systems, networks, and Internet-related issues;
  • Maintaining logs of problems and solutions;
  • Participating in the redesign of applications and software.
